SPONSORSHIP / VENDOR OPPORTUNITIES

In its 15th year, Wheels Across The Pond has become a well-known and “must attend” show on the South Florida car show calendar attracting around 300 classic cars and bikes and thousands of spectators.

We have sponsorship opportunities that we believe are extremely valuable. We want you to be visible to our audience and we believe in return on investment.

Space on the show field is extremely limited, so if you are interested in sponsoring our show or becoming a vendor, please call 561-568-8882 or email info@wheelsacrossthepond.com and put Sponsor Inquiry as the subject.

Please note: Anyone selling on the day must be named on the event permit and must have commercial liability insurance (minimum $1,000,000) approved by Palm Beach County Parks & Recreation Special Events prior to the event. We will walk you through this requirement and give you everything you need in order to quickly establish a COI from your insurance company

Please note: We do not allow handouts or merchandise to be placed in show vehicles on the day. If you wish to hand out flyers or merchandise samples, you will need to be a goody bag sponsor – we will place your materials in every attendee’s goody bag prior to the event
